Your mission
Our scanning robots are our data sources in the field. That is why reliable, high-quality and high-performance production and maintenance are essential to our success. As a Field Service Technician (m/f/d), you will play an important role in our company by ensuring that our robots operate reliably and continuously at customer sites.
Your responsibilities
- Gradually commission our robots by installing and configuring them at our customers’ sites
- Carry out maintenance and repairs on our scanning robots at customer sites
- Transport robots to our customers across Germany
- Test the functionality of components, including making adjustments in case of malfunctions
- Perform quality checks, including final test runs, reviewing the results and documenting your findings
- Train customer employees in the use of our robots
- Support the mechanical and electrical assembly of our scanning robots, as well as their in-house configuration during production
Your profile
- A completed vocational qualification as a Mechatronics Technician, IT Technician or comparable knowledge and skills acquired through professional experience
- Willingness to travel extensively within Germany (90%)
- Great care and attention to detail when assembling mechatronic systems
- A strong quality mindset and a structured way of working
- A strong interest in understanding complex technical systems
- Enjoy working independently as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Class B driver's license
- Fluent German and ideally good English skills to communicate effectively with colleagues
