Your mission
As our customer base continues to grow, we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) to manage new customer projects with leading retail companies. You will coordinate projects from planning through implementation and act as the key interface between our customers, the Key Account Manager and our Solution Engineering team.
Your responsibilities
- Together with our customers, you identify specific use cases for our product and their individual requirements, and provide comprehensive advice on our robots’ functionalities.
- You manage customer communication throughout the pilot and implementation phases.
- You work closely with our Solution Engineering team to implement specific customer requirements.
- You are responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of our projects.
- You provide our customers with regular updates and keep a close eye on project quality requirements, while actively contributing to the development of our customer relationships.
Your profile
- A successfully completed degree in Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification
- The ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new subject areas and understand complex technologies
- Previous experience in agile project management
- Ideally, experience in the retail industry
- Willingness to travel (25–30%)
- A high degree of independence and reliability
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in working in an interdisciplinary, multilingual team
- Fluent German and English
